Thanksgiving Outfit Ideas

Tunic/Dress | Hat | Boots

This is honestly the best time of the year, in my opinion. Right after Halloween, I really feel like it is finally time to get ready for the holidays: the Starbucks holiday cups come out, stores start putting out Christmas decor and it finally gets cold. And, Thanksgiving!

I love Thanksgiving because it is one of those holidays that really brings out the best in everyone; plus theres lots of food, too. I love the idea of taking a whole day to tell those we love how thankful we are for them.  Is it crazy I already have my Thanksgiving outfit planned out? Please tell me I’m not the only one!

This year, I am sticking with a flowy tunic and my favorite pair of leggings and boots.  But dont worry, I’m keeping the sweatpants close by so I can enjoy a long nap on the couch after lunch.

This Thanksgiving, a flowy tunic or dress is a great option, especially if you are going to be enjoying lots of food.  If it is cold in your area, pair a loose top with jeans and boots or booties for a casual look.

I found my tunic on Amazon last month, but it can also be worn as a mini dress with over the knee boots, as seen above.  When I ordered this tunic, I was planning on it being the mustard color that was shown in the ad; however, when I pulled it out of the packaging, it was much brown-er than expected.  Although the dress didn’t arrive in the color I was hoping, I still like it.

I will also be wearing my favorite pair of Lululemon leggings.  You can probably catch me in these every day; they are a little pricey, but worth the money.  Brown or black leggings are great neutrals to always have on hand.

What are you wearing to the table on Thanksgiving? Let me know in the comments!
