Save or Spend? Fall Skirts

Over the course of the last few weeks, we have seen New York, Paris and now Milan’s Fashion Weeks unfold before us on social media and in magazines.  High-end designers and stylists have shown us how to look our best and live our best lives in the most up-to-date trends; but has anyone else seen how expensive this can be? I know that keeping “on-trend” with all of the latest fashions can be exhausting for both me and my bank account.

I guess you could say we are spent. Ha ha.

Silly pun, but it is true.  Looking our best can be expensive.  But it doesn’t have to be.  This fall, there are so many ways to save and still look your best.  If you read my post on shopping smart back in the spring, then you already know that I love thrifting.  However, his season, like all the others, there are trends that are currently hot; but they won’t all last.  Then, there are other trends that might stick around for a while; so you might need to invest in those pieces.

Save or spend

Save: 1 | 2 | 3

Spend: 1 | 2 | 3

Black skirts are prefect for tailgates, but they are always in-no matter the season. Investing in one might be good to pair with leggings or boots in the winter. Denim skirts are finally back in style, so you might be seeing these throughout the next few seasons.  Finally, midi skirts are great for work or church, and look great with heels this season.

Whats your favorite look? Let me know in the comments!

xoxo,
